Mindful Awareness through Movement, Walk or Equine Therapy

Equine Therapy

(No riding and horse experience required)

(We are offering safe place outdoors with respect to social distancing and we encourage wearing masks for your protection)

We offer Trauma work,  stabilization skills and mindfulness sessions

Mindful sessions we focus on slowing down, grounding and orienting skills. The focus is on learning to connect to self, environment and horse through attachment model. The horse teaches us about our internal felt sense so we learn to assess and regulate. We do walking movement through core, boundary or breath as we connect to nature.

With social anxiety, we work on building confidence and tracking your system and your environment so you are able to self regulate and set your boundaries with self and others with ease.

Trauma work we start with grounding and resourcing. We focus on  building awareness around what patterns show up in your present life that stands in the way of you thriving.

Attachment/Detachment work with horses, trained level I and II through Natural Lifemanship (NL)

Stabilization is based on ASSYST protocol and Butterfly skill to help you reduce and manage your stress, anxiety and trauma symptoms during these uncertain times. This protocol works as first aid to your nervous system. Helps to manage PTSD symptoms, helps to prevent PTSD symptoms from intensifying through awareness and helps to prevent the development of PTSD and other disorders through stabilization.
