Private pay for on-line sessions. Fees:$185 per session (50min).
Insurance: I am not accepting new BCBS clients.
Payment
I accept only major credit cards as forms of payment.
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand for telehealth appointments. Otherwise, you may be charged a $85 fee for the session.
Clients who wish to be on the wait list need to schedule a consult first. Now accepting new clients for my Associates, please visit their page under meet our counselors.I also provide sliding scale through my associates, please visit their pages for fees (under staff).
Accepting in person Mindful Trail Walk and Table Therapy (coming soon) appointments
Walk & Table Therapy on Fridays, private pay only.
Consult and on-line 1-3 sessions required before trail walk or equine therapy (Adults only)/ .

fee is $185-$370 per 1.15-2 hours session
For Walk Therapy appointments in person, must pay in advance to secure a spot, In case of cancellations, 50 % of fee is nonrefundable.

Your Rights to Access Health Records and File Complaints
Under the Texas Medical Records Privacy Act (HB 4224, effective September 1, 2025), you have the right to access your health care records and file complaints with the appropriate authorities.
How to Request Your Health Care Records:
To request a copy of your health care records, please submit a written request to info@findingbalancecounselingpllc.com. Records will be provided in an electronic format within 15 business days unless you agree to another format or an exception applies.
