What can you do to feel grounded in your system to start feeing or building the NEW normal?
My NEW normal? my routine to keep me grounded…
- Spending time in the morning outside in nature, sit under a tree, go for a walk or just plant something…
- Connect and reach out to talk to someone on line or by phone…
- listen to or learn something new, listen to uplifting podcast or learn something new…
