Supervisor Reem Glasco, LPC-S

There are moments in life when past pain begins to interfere with how we show up today—our relationships, our confidence, and our sense of emotional safety. I believe that even when experiences have left us feeling disconnected or uncertain, healing becomes possible in a supportive relationship. Your feelings matter simply because they are yours, and it is possible to create space for them without letting them define your identity moving forward.

In therapy, we work together to release patterns that are no longer helpful, understand the story behind them, and gain tools to navigate life with more clarity and emotional steadiness. Many clients describe beginning therapy at a point where they feel overwhelmed or unsure of what needs to change—through our work, they begin to experience a sense of grounding, relief, and internal alignment.

I completed my Master of Arts in Counseling at St. Edward’s University and completed my internship at Austin State Hospital, supporting adults experiencing grief, emotional dysregulation, and symptoms rooted in past experiences. These settings strengthened my belief that growth does not come from erasing the past, but from understanding it with compassion and allowing new patterns to take shape.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I integrate DBT, CBT, narrative work, and EMDR principles to support emotional regulation, insight, and skill-building. I am bilingual in English and Spanish, and value providing therapy that honors culture, context, and personal history.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy meaningful time with family, reading and, being outdoors. I hold a deep belief that people can rebuild, re-center, and rediscover themselves at any stage. My role is to walk alongside you as you move toward peace, confidence, and emotional balance.
