Routine

Hi,

It’s been  over a month since shelter is in place, now we are longing for normal times again. What is normal?

What can you do to feel grounded in your system to start feeing or building the NEW normal?

My NEW normal? my routine to keep me grounded…

  1. Spending time in the morning outside in nature, sit under a tree, go for a walk or just plant something…
  2. Connect and reach out to talk to someone on line or by phone…
  3. listen to or learn something new, listen to uplifting podcast or learn something new…
